United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotions, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KVRVE is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you require additional assistance, contact us at info@kvrve.com.

International Orders

International orders, including orders shipped to the United States, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other import-related charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable charges may be collected by the shipping carrier prior to or upon delivery.

KVRVE does not determine or control these charges. By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If an order is refused, rejected, or left unclaimed due to unpaid duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping or carrier fees incurred. Any such costs may be deducted from the refund once the merchandise has been returned to KVRVE. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
